Vicente Rodriguez captured his first individual SWAC men’s golf title for Alabama A&M after shooting three-under-par in Birmingham on April 15. Head coach Devins Jackson earned Coach of the Year honors as Alabama A&M placed sixth overall among eight teams.
Alabama A&M University’s baseball team lost to Bethune-Cookman by a score of 15-5 during Saturday’s conference game. The Bulldogs narrowed an early deficit but could not keep pace as their opponent extended its lead through later innings.
