Coach Tommy Tuberville, U.S. Senator from Alabama, posted a series of tweets on October 17 and 18, 2025, criticizing Democratic messaging and expressing support for the Trump administration.
On October 17, Tuberville wrote, “Democrats have spent the past 20 years demonizing men — calling them ‘sexist,’ ‘racist,’ and ‘toxic.’ And now @AOC wonders why Democrats are struggling to connect with young male voters.” In this post, he referenced Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) while commenting on perceived challenges faced by Democrats in appealing to younger male constituents.
The following day, Tuberville posted another message that read, “No bigger endorsement than the Radical Leftists losing their minds. Keep up the GREAT WORK @PressSec.” Here he expressed approval for the White House Press Secretary’s performance and characterized criticism from left-wing opponents as validation.
Later on October 18, Tuberville tweeted about changes under former President Donald Trump’s leadership: “All it took was a new President. The Trump Effect in action:”
Tuberville has been an outspoken supporter of former President Donald Trump since his election to the Senate in 2021. He has frequently criticized Democratic Party strategies and messaging, especially regarding issues related to gender and cultural debates. His recent tweets reflect ongoing political polarization in national discourse ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.
