Of the 1,122 people living in New Market CDP in 2019, 54.3 percent (609) were women and 45.7 percent (513) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Huntsville Leader.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 376-to-361. In the 65 and over age range, there were 107 females and 70 males.
