Of the 5,336 people living in Moores Mill CDP in 2020, 51.7 percent (2,759) were women and 48.3 percent (2,577) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Huntsville Leader.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 101. In the 65 and over age range, there were 530 females and 367 males.
