The University of Alabama in Huntsville women's soccer team is set for two matches at Charger Park with a Friday matchup with Union at 5 p.m. followed by the weekend finale on Sunday at 1 p.m. against Christian Brothers.
Prior to Friday evening's match, the UAH women's soccer program will be honoring its 2022 senior class of Malaika Albright, Caroline Buchanan, Helena Gonzalez, Laura Hasani, Hailey Hicks, Peggy Mathis, Sarah Trotter and Adriana Wright.

The Chargers enter the weekend slate with a 2-5-2 overall record and a 1-3-1 mark in GSC play, following the squad's first conference victory this past Sunday at Delta State by a score of 2-1.
Freshman Jayla Gillespie led the Chargers to the road win by scoring both of the team's goals, as she recorded her both her first career goal and first career game-winning goal in the contest.
Head coach James Ballamy's offense now features three players with at least two goals in 2022, led by Maialen Mera Torres with a team-high two markers on the year. Gillespie, Carmen Endicott and Helena Gonzalez each rate second on the team with two goals this season.
Three Chargers have accrued 600-plus minutes this season, led by defender Emily Labus with a roster-best 675 minutes played. Endicott rates second on the team with 609 minutes, followed by Buchanan with 607.
Hicks and Wright have split time in goal for the Chargers this season, as the duo has combined for a 1.89 goals against average and 51 saves for a .750 save percentage.
Union enters the weekend with a 3-6-0 overall record and a 2-4-0 mark in GSC play, following a 1-0 home victory over Spring Hill on Sunday. The Bulldogs offense is guided by Madison Woolridge with five points from two goals and one assist, while Rylee Iorio has played the majority of time in goal with a 1.50 goals against average and .821 save percentage.
Christian Brothers starts out the weekend's schedule with a 6-3-1 overall record that includes a 3-2-1 GSC record, as the Bucs most recently fell to West Florida at home by a 7-0 score. The CBU offense is led by Cheyenne Smith's 25 points from 12 goals and one assist, while Chloe Hillyer has the majority of action at goalkeeper with a 1.55 goals against average and .667 save percentage.
After this weekend's matches, UAH hits the road for a pair of in-state matchups next weekend at Montevallo on Friday and Auburn Montgomery on Sunday.
