The University of Alabama in Huntsville baseball team is set to host four games this week at Charger Park. The Chargers will host a single game on Tuesday at 2 p.m. against Young Harris followed by a visit from Gulf South Conference foe West Florida on Friday and a doubleheader on Saturday.

The Chargers return to action with a 9-10 overall record and a 2-4 GSC record after taking the final game of a three-game series against Montevallo to conclude the week's slate.
Senior Garrett Bodine enters the week having recorded multiple hits in nine games this season and a hit in four consecutive games. The Harvest, Alabama, native leads the team in stolen bases with eight and is batting .366 with three doubles, one triple and one homer this year.
UAH comes into the week with one of the highest batting averages as a squad in the GSC, ranking third in the conference with a .297 average.
Young Harris travels to Charger Park with a 13-6 record overall and a 6-3 record in the Peach Belt Conference. The Mountain Lions enter the matchup with UAH after posting a 3-1 record last week. Marco Colina leads the Young Harris offense with four home runs and 18 RBI on the year, while the pitching staff is highlighted by Nate Lamb who has maintained a 1.84 ERA in 29.1 innings pitched.
West Florida stops in Huntsville for a three-game series after a 3-1 record over the past week. Overall, the Argonauts hold an 11-5 record with a 3-3 GSC record. West Florida possesses the top ERA in the GSC with a 2.63 combined ERA. The staff is led by Dalton Neuschwander who holds a 0.51 ERA with 32 strikeouts.
UAH holds an all-time record of 1-1 against Young Harris and 46-43 against West Florida.
Following the weekend series against West Florida, the Chargers will play host to Miles on Wednesday, March 15 before traveling for a weekend series at Shorter.
