On June 16, 2025, Tuberville expressed his stance on gender participation in sports, particularly at service academies. He stated, “Allowing men to compete against women in sports at any level is wrong, and it’s especially wrong to use taxpayer dollars to pay for it at our service academies.” He extended his gratitude towards Representative Dusty Johnson for introducing a related bill in the House.
Later that day, Tuberville tweeted about an economic initiative aimed at benefiting the working class.
