The Huntsville Police Department has charged Edwin Oliver Mayes, 34, with murder following a deadly incident in the 3700 block of Pulaski Pike on Wednesday, Oct 12.
Major Crimes Unit Investigators believe a verbal dispute led up to the shooting death of 44-year-old Kyle David Mackey.
