Representative Dale W. Strong has expressed his support for the advancement of articles of impeachment against Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. The House Committee on Homeland Security voted in favor of advancing these articles after a yearlong investigation.

According to Representative Strong, this investigation uncovered several instances where Secretary Mayorkas had disregarded his duty to his oath and to the American people. One of the key concerns raised was Mayorkas' refusal to comply with and enforce federal immigration laws as passed by Congress.

Representative Strong firmly believes that the current border crisis is a direct consequence of Mayorkas' failure to enforce federal law. Over the past three years, the American public has witnessed the chaos and devastation unfolding at the Southern border. This situation has led to what Representative Strong describes as a historic national security and public safety crisis.

In response to the committee's vote, Representative Strong expressed his satisfaction with the actions taken by Committee Republicans to hold Secretary Mayorkas accountable for his alleged failure to execute the laws passed by Congress, laws that are meant to ensure the safety and security of the homeland.

It is important to note that these statements are attributed to Representative Dale W. Strong and reflect his position on the matter.
